You have to install the ODP.NET (Oracle Data Provider.NET)

Few tricks: BizTalk Server connects only to oracle and could execute only native functions (function, stored procedures, or staight select, insert, delete, update in  tables) then to dequeue or enqueue messages I used functions.

How to configure the function?

In Queues of the OAQ, you have options (Wait for ever, no wait, or a number corresponding to how many seconds the connection must wait)

Two options:

1. Either do polling, poll while data found and a select count on your table queue, and the option no wait in your dequeue function
2. Or do polling with select 1 from dual, and the option wait forever in your dequeue function
